Volvo 670 Frustrated towing wrecker

This is actually a combination of 2 kits the Volvo 670 and the Revell Germany Kenworth Wrecker. This was a very difficult project and took many more hours then normal. I started by combining the 2 chassis to get the overall length and wheel geometry correct. Once I had the chassis set up correct I moved onto the body and wrecker which I worked as 2 different models. once I assembled the cab and wrecker together on the chassis I did not like the look at all the wrecker body sat up to high so I added flat stock to the sides to get the ground effects to match with the cab. I also drilled a hole to add the single exhaust for a clean smooth look. The decals are my own custom design. Check out the rest of the Frustrated Towing Fleet
